HS2 drop-in for local residents on Wednesday 28 October

Many residents have received a mailshot from HS2 outlining the next stages of the works which are drastically affecting Wormwood Scrubs and also residents. (FOWWS campaigned and petitioned against this - see Campaigns History for details).

If you live in the Braybrook Street area you may wish to make an appointment to talk to officials from HS2 and maybe let them know how you feel about their recent maildrop. What is happening is described here and is causing justifiable dismay:

This disruption and destruction was protested and petitioned against by FOWWS but sadly without success.

However local residents might like to attend the drop-in on Wednesday 28 October, 3pm to 6pm. HS2 have invited you to visit www.HS2inOldOak.co.uk to book a slot with the team. The meetings are being held remotely on Microsoft Teams.

If you have difficulty making contact (I couldn’t find a link for registering interest on the page) the executive in charge of liaising with the local residents is:

Patricia Thompson
